"Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. "Convenient for us and fine as accomodation, but there were no disability aids in the bathrooms (stability rails, non slip shower mats etc) for my elderly and rather unstable parents. Something you might like to make available for future clients."

"Good location Well laid out Not clean … stale smell of cooking as you enter the property. Toilets not clean, verandah had dog biscuits from previous tenants and dog wee up the walls . Under lounges food and junk left and something spilt on lounge not cleaned off"
